Birthday & Farewell

Sorry for the late post.Has been busy with paperworks and upcoming new intake in Feb. Last 2 days,we were having birthday and farewell for my colleagues. The birthday angels who are born in month of Jan are celebrating along with other colleagues. On the other hand,we gotta bid farewell to another colleague,Lih Chin,whom is going to another company for a better offer. Let's see couple of pics I am going to post.

Blaming of Censure?

Is blaming to hold a person to perceived faults or merely invented for perorative purposes? By no means a clear concept of concensus where responsibility lies is often far from clear. For example, when a person has commited to the responsibilty to buy whereby someone has told him/her the exact information. Unfortunately,the fault resides within the person who gave the information to the person who is responsible to buy the stuff.

I mean if the person geniunely wants to get better but yet the family and friends are so non-compassionate, ignorant, and defensive and highly sensitive. Insisting if the person wants to blame anyone,it should be themselves. They look away my sense of wholeness without thinking or giving me a chance to explain. Is it a right choice/decision for them not allowing me to say a word? I let those words,suggested by others and conjured from within,undermine my sense of worth and debilitate my capacity to grow intellectually and emotionally. There are ways and strategies to intervene, but the ultimate decisions to end one's decision is very easy.

Loving Clouds

How I love to watch the clouds
Peacefully,peacefully drifing by
Silently upon the breeze
They ease across the clear blue sky.

How they build and roll and thumble
Just like angels out to play
Dancing with the sylphs and fairies
Head o'er heels along the way.

Each new shape is quite amusing:
Puffs to great majestic towers

Movie:The Return

Last night I went for movie preview at GSC 1-Utama.The story isn't great nor attract my attention at all.Let see what do the story goes about.

A supernatural girl Sarah Michelle Gellar as Joanna Mills, a tough young Midwesterner determined to learn the truth behind the increasingly terrifying supernatural visions that have been haunting her. Joanna has made a successful career as sales representative for a trucking company. But her private life has been difficult,estranged from her father (Sam Shepard), stalked by an obsessed ex-boyfriend (Adam Scott), and with few friends. Joanna fears that she is losing control. She sees and feels the brutal murder of a young woman she has never met, at the hands of a heartless killer where a man who appears to be making Joanna his next target. Determined to fight back, Joanna is guided by her nightmares to the murdered woman’s hometown. Once there, she will discover that some secrets can’t be buried,some spirits never die,and that the murder she is trying to solve may be her own.

Budget:-
The most important step in getting and keeping control of personal finances is to establish a monthly cash flow plan or budget.

Saving:-
Saving money in order to purchase a future need and prepare for the prospects of advancing years are sign of a wise steward. If saving money does not become a lifestyle,DEBT will!
Saving money merely means to put it aside as a store or reserve. There are basically TWO practical reasons why you need to save money.

To build a strong FINANCIAL FOUNDATION and then
To build a strong FINANCIAL FUTURE.

Debt:-
Credit is the mean to pay later for goods or services obtained now. When the priviledge of credit is accepted to purchase an item or a service a debt is incurred. To avoid the matters,either DESTROY all credit card accounts with balances OR negotiate a low interest balance transfer to another available credit card balance (with lowest amount).

Busy~! Busy~! Busy~!

Is just 2nd day of work after long holidays in December. My brain had washed away with "entertainment". This morning I can't remember how to do the paperwork,not even mentioning about replying student's email.
Yesterday I had unread 185 emails (but only with 10 spam mails). So many emails to reply and yet a lot of paperwork to do for upcoming intake. Phone calls from students keep coming in every hour,every min. At least my brain won't stop functioning after 12 days off from work.
Last month,my former boss asked me this question,"Would you prefer to be transfered back to main office?" I really have no idea how to answer him. I mean of course there is advantage and disadvantage of transfering back to main office. After a deep thought,if there is a chance,I would prefer to transfer back with my old colleagues. I am not saying current department I'm in now ain't good. There are many good colleagues treating me good. Well,I shall put my fingers crossing when the time is come.

This weekend I might be doing some housechore and re-paint the grills (if dad still pending with the work). Lately there is no place in mind whereabout to go. Just feel like staying at home or going over to my other half place. Usually we will be watching some movies/dramas or helping him out with housechore.

*Yaaaaay*..Another weekends is coming up!

New Life,New Start

Finally i'm back after 12 days off from work.

Housechore:
Yesterday i'm not able to finish up the scratching part on the porch gates.Dad wants to re-paint the whole grills in the house.So all of us were helping out the scratching part.The fun part was my sis keep urging me to be fast. As she wants to compete with dad who is the fastest to be finished. Unfortunately,dark is really annoying.And all of us are hungry.Dad decided to have McDonald for dinner. I drove while sis sat beside me. Left mom and dad at home continuing with the scratching gates. Hahaha..evil us.. =)

Movies/Dramas:
Life was so good filled with TVB and Korean dramas lately. I was able to finished whole chapters of "Wedding" before holidays started. Is been a while when i last watched "Aqua Heroes" which aired on tv before. Suddenly, i have the mood to watch all over again. Now left 6 episodes more to go before starting with another drama.
Lately,i'm not in a "lady luck" for cinemaonline contest. Just got a luck for couple contest and most of the winning is my sister.

Work:
This month is the hectic month as there are lotsa pending documents to be done. New intake is coming up and more paperworks to be re-shuffled.
Arrghh..busy~!busy~!busy~!

Annoyances aside. It is great to finally be back at work.
